1. Services Subject to the terms and conditions of our agreement All Clear Evictions agrees to provide physical eviction services at your property which will include a trained staff on-site to complete the eviction in a timely & professional manor.
2. Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you (or an agent on your behalf) and All Clear Evictions. You (the customer) certify that this information is correct, complete, and that we are solvent and able to pay for the procedure(s) performed. The Company (All Clear Evictions) shall not be liable for any property damage, personal loss, theft, or personal injury prior to, during, or post eviction. All Clear shall not be responsible, in any manner, for the acts or failures to act negligently, willfully, or otherwise, of the agents, or representatives. All Clear is not responsible for the after effect of community “pillaging” or “ransacking” of items left post eviction. Please be advised: Only personal and valuable items identified by the sheriff or marshal are removed from the property during an eviction. This does not include items deemed as trash or hazardous by the sheriff or marshal.
3. Payment Terms All eviction services, trash outs, and clean ups are charged by the hour. All Clear Evictions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards. All clients must provide a deposit to schedule the eviction and the balance due 4 hours prior to the eviction. NO CASH or PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. Cancellation Policy: All Clear Evictions must be notified in writing, via email (email@example.com) or by telephone of any cancellations 4 hours before the scheduled eviction. If All Clear is not notified of an eviction cancellation 4 hours prior to the start of the scheduled eviction, your deposit will be forfeit. If the eviction has been cancelled due to the weather, the deposit fee will be applied to the rescheduled date. If the eviction is not rescheduled within thirty (30) days, the deposit fee will be forfeited. If the eviction has been cancelled by the sheriff or marshal after we arrive onsite and do to no fault of All Clear Evictions, the balance paid will be forfeit.
